A companionship visit is a friendly, supportive visit from one of our specialist companions. We provide conversation, reminiscence, meaningful activities, routine support and reassurance. We do not provide personal care, nursing care or medication administration — our focus is on wellbeing, connection and genuine friendship.
Yes. Every member of our team has specialist dementia experience and understanding. We continuously develop our knowledge to ensure every visit is as meaningful and effective as possible. We adapt our approach to each individual's unique needs and personality.
Absolutely — we always aim to send the same companion to build a warm, familiar relationship with your loved one. Consistency is especially important for people living with dementia. We will always let you know in advance if a different companion will be attending.

Yes — we ask for at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule without charge. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a partial charge. Please contact us as soon as possible if your plans change and we will always do our best to help.
